Key Responsibilities:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and petty cash claims.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and generate basic financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in compliance with IRAS and ACRA requirements.
- Assist with GST filings and CPF submissions where required.
**Human Resources Duties**:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of CPF, SHG, and IR8A forms.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
- Help coordinate training programs and track leave and attendance records.
- Assist in the execution of performance appraisal processes.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Ensure smooth running of office operations and maintenance of office facilities.
- Handle company correspondence, courier services, and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, company events, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain a safe and clean office environment in line with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
**Qualifications and Requirements:Education**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar Accounts/HR/Admin support role.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s statutory regulations (CPF, MOM, IRAS, ACRA).
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll and employment laws.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,633.65 - $2,500.00 per month
