- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST), audits, etc.
- Posting of receipts into Autocount system
- Sales reconciliation
- GST reporting
- Posting of sales journals
- Rental and GTO reports
- Covers for cash counting and bank in of cash
- Monthly cash collection report
- Daily update of cashflow
- Monthly surveys
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma holder or Professional Certificate in Accountancy
- Bank reconciliations, preferably with experience in handling high volume transactions from payment platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlook up and pivot table)
- At least 1 year of relevant finance/Accounts experience
- An analytical mind
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Immediate to short notice preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
