**Key Responsibilities**:
**Expanding Institutional Business**
- Develop and implement a business strategy to expand OTC trading, liquidity services, and market-making solutions
- Identify and onboard institutional clients, including hedge funds, family offices, and crypto-native firms
- Build and maintain partnerships with exchanges, trading desks, and liquidity providers
**Strategic Sales & Relationship Management**
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and long-term relationship management
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, private investor meetings, and high-level networking events
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with evolving market demands and client needs
**Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy**
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive market positioning
- Identify new opportunities in structured products, yield strategies, and derivatives tailored for institutional investors
- Provide insights to guide business strategy and product development
**Compliance & Risk Considerations**
- Ensure business development activities align with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Support client onboarding, due diligence, and risk management processes in coordination with legal teams
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Minimum **three years of experience**in business development, institutional sales, or client management in crypto trading, OTC markets, or financial services
- **Must be located in Singapore or Honk Kong**:
- Strong knowledge of **crypto trading, liquidity markets, and market-making strategies**:
- Proven ability to **close high-value deals**and scale institutional business operations
- Established network of institutional clients, including **hedge funds, crypto exchanges, and liquidity providers**:
- Leadership experience with a focus on **mentoring and managing sales teams**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage **C-suite executives and key industry leaders**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advanced certifications are an asset)
- Fluency in English required, other languages an asset
