Head of Operations

This includes designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. You are not afraid to have difficult conversations or deliver bad news and can keep a firm eye on the end goal, challenging anything that would deviate the team from that vision. You are a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. Ultimately, you’ll ensure Hubble’s operations run smoothly and that people are productive. **Responsibilities**: - Leads the strategy development, execution, delivery and operation of all infrastructure, services, enablement, customer support, and operations that are provided to all functions at Hubble. - Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. - Design policies that align with overall strategy. - Implement efficient processes and standards. - Project Management of software delivery and support projects. - Business process consultancy for clients and advocating Hubble products for use at their construction sites. - Align business requirements with Hubble product roadmap and allocate and optimise internal resources to meet deadlines. - Overall ownership of company projects timeline and ensuring that it is in sync with the product road map. - Leads the team in producing and maintaining project plans. - Tracking dependencies and managing risk and issues. - Managing Change and tracking the budget. - Close liaison with the CEO, Business Development, Product, and Engineering Teams. - Producing agreed status updates. - Build relationships and interface between customers and teams. - Ensuring the necessary Purchase Orders are in place and that invoices are raised on time and are accurate. - Hands on day to day knowledge of what’s going on in all the teams, looking for opportunities to help them improve by anticipating their needs or working to remove the obstacles that might slow them down. - You will need to be able to stay calm when things get challenging and protect the team from unnecessary pressure by maintaining a disciplined and logical approach to tackling the unexpected. - Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. - Report on operational performance and suggest improvements. **What we need from you**: - Singaporeans (or no sponsorship required to work in Singapore) preferred. - Bachelor's degree with good academic results. - Minimum 10 years of technical project management and customer implementation, experience (ideally within the enterprise software space) and experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role. - Experience in program management, stakeholder management, communication and collaboration. - Proven ability and experience in client facing work. - Expert with SCRUM and Agile methodologies - Ability to see things from the user’s perspective. - Excellent written and communication skills. - Excellent organization and leadership ability. - Excellent interpersonal skills with external parties. - Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to take the initiative to forward team goals. - Enjoy solving complex problems with technology. - Strong business acumen, team player, results-oriented. - Analytic
