Operations Head / Trade Finance About the Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including areas such as Loans, Trade Finance, Deposits, and Remittances. Understand the business life cycle and provide prudent financial solutions to support companies’ growth. Perform any other duties required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, in accordance with business needs, internal policies, and procedures. Ensure all operational processes comply with internal policies, MAS regulations, and international banking standards. Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team to foster a high-performance and compliance-oriented culture. Act as the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, Head Office, and key vendors. Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in Loans, Trade Finance, Deposits, and Remittances. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines. Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, local banking operations, and compliance frameworks. Must be proficient in English, with strong communication skills across all levels of stakeholders. Ready to make an impact?
