**Head of Operations**

We are seeking for an experience Head of Operations to join our client, a well-loved local café chain in Singapore. As the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, management and foresight to ensure that the business opportunity is at its optimal level, through implementation and maintenance of the most efficient and effective operational controls, administration and reporting procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
You will provide the Operations Managers with strategic direction to accomplish business objectives through:

- Leadership and responsibility in People Management and Development P&L, Code of Conduct, compliance management, induction, training and development program for various levels, recruitment, retention, stability, and turnover
- To act as a trainer and coach to develop succession plan program, understand and support the Company's strategy, direction, and long-term vision; and ensure that communication to the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager are easy to understand for successful implementation
- Operations Excellence RQA/Mystery Shopper programs, product quality, service excellence, setting and ambience, administration systems, performance evaluation, performance tracking (balance scorecard), compensation and benefits, reward schemes
- Managing Costs and Budget Plan and work on budgets to maximise profits and achieve sales targets set by Management. Ensure operating costs are well managed.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
