**Centre for Workplace Learning and Performance**:
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Source and cultivate new leads and qualified opportunities
- Generate organic growth in existing accounts through account servicing
- Work closely with content development and instructional design teams to co-create new services and products for enterprises’ needs
- Work closely with project management and marketing teams to corporate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, Speaker Series and Learning Journeys for enterprises
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Degree.
- Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Self-motivated and demonstrate a proactive mentality
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work within deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
