Temp Executive

At the Student Success Centre (SSC), we're committed to empowering students to develop their personal and professional potential to achieve success in life. Within our dynamic office, we serve as the backbone behind three essential pillars: Career Development (CD), Entrepreneurship (EN), and Student Life (STL).
As a **Temporary Executive**, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the centre's programmes and activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the planning, coordinating, and executing SSC programmes and activities.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to maintain overall operational efficiency.
- Support procurement, audits, budgeting activities and facilitate sponsorships, funding, and travel insurance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in shared systems and drives.
- Support the evaluation, engagement and relationship management with essential stakeholders, including students, partners, and vendors.
- Contribute to data monitoring, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Management or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Adaptable and proactive team player with good communication skills.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and taking ownership of tasks.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend or after-hours events.
