Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Volunteer Centre's goals, strategies, and workplans to drive recruitment, engagement, and retention.
  • Build partnerships with social service agencies, grassroots organizations, corporates, and government bodies to expand volunteer opportunities.
  • Match and deploy volunteers according to their strengths, interests, and community needs.
  • Oversee volunteer training, recognition, and development programmes.
  • Manage operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring high standards of safety and governance.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, promoting innovation and best practices in volunteer management.
  • Work with PCS's Communications team to share volunteer stories and strengthen the Centre's brand and visibility.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3- 5 years of experience in volunteer management, community partnerships, or programme coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office and volunteer management systems.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about building a culture of volunteerism.
