First Konnection is thrilled to assist a distinguished educational centre in Singapore, known for its groundbreaking approach to child development, in finding a dynamic Centre Executive to join their exceptional team

**Position: Centre Executive (Office Hours, No Weekends)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Be the Heartbeat of Our Centre**: Reporting to the Centre Manager, you'll handle both administrative and client-facing tasks with finesse, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- **Keep Us Organized**: Prepare essential financial and centre reports, manage attendance forms, and conduct daily health checks on the children.
- **Engage with Our Community**: Assist parents with purchases and provide exceptional service, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- **Maintain Our Standards**: Perform administrative duties, manage fee collections, conduct stock-taking, and ensure our premises are safe and well-kept.
- **Ensure Safety**: Supervise the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the centre and oversee their well-being within our facilities.
- **Adapt and Excel**: Take on various ad-hoc duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment.

**Who You Are**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma in Business Management with at least 2 years of experience in a preschool environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **People Person**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
