As an Orange Force Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Command Centre remains an efficient call advisory centre and manage accident reporting appointments for our customers. Your role is pivotal in upholding our values for customer centricity. You will provide our customers with pleasant experiences, patiently attending to them and exceeding their expectations.

Key responsibilities include;
- Manage phone-in customer enquiries
- Deployment and scheduling of accident reporting appointments from phone-in customers
- Facilitate GIA motor accident report filing
- Claim file creation and documentation
- Ensuring the department meets the Value-Added Service (VAS) targetAny ad-hoc duties as prescribed by HOD or Management

To join us as an Orange Force Helpdesk Specialist, Motor Services Centre of Excellence (CoE), you should:

- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline. Preferably with at least 2 years of Call Centre experience
- Be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and PH
- Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuccessful applicants will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI and ComGI)
