Human Resources Department

Essential Job Functions:
Recruiting: Support recruiting processes to provide an efficient, consistent and personable experience for stakeholders. These include:
New-Hire Onboarding and Offboarding
- Implement and improve new hire onboarding and offboarding processes and monitor their progress to ensure a seamless experience.
- Address queries and requests from new hires

Benefits Management
- Support employee benefits education and administration
- Perform audit of existing employee benefits files

Team and Culture Building
- Plan and organize activities and events that foster rapport and alignment in the team

Employee Performance Management & Development
- Assist the annual performance review & goals process, roll up metrics for executive team
- Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Process employee events and changes to HRIS systems
- Manage user training and resolve user support queries and issues

HR Projects
- HR Metrics / Org Chart/ Employment Verifications / All Hands slides / Recognitions
- Employee resources: Initiate improvements and develop instruction guides, FAQs and other documentation to improve collaboration and accessibility to information across remote teams
