As the APAC HR Director, you will be leading a team of country HR managers and oversee strategic and operational HR functions, with the ability to influence and partner senior APAC leaders.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee APAC HR functions and provide strategic guidance to country HR managers within APAC on policies, procedures and planning to promote effective HR programs.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
- Implement forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain our talents
- Lead talent management, talent acquisition, talent engagement and employee relations for leadership development and succession planning.
- Develop strategic HR plans to support management at all levels and ensure that feedback is delivered to maintain performance standards
- Analyze C&B market surveys; Develop and implement C&B programs and ensure that C&B policies are in accordance with market guidelines
- Collaborate with divisional heads to develop specific compensation plans and talent retention and succession plans
- Work with country HR and HODs to continually enhance and improve the HR processes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree from a recognised university, preferably in human resource or business related field.
- At least 15 to 20 years of HR experience with prior experience from MNC background and familiar with matrix reporting
- Strong and proven HR leader with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Possess proven background in talent management and development and compensation & benefits
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
