The important thing is: You are extremely keen to contribute your expertise and build something great "from the scratch" - with cool colleagues and a unique team spirit **YOUR MISSION** - Implement payroll, legal framework and benefits for new APAC countries with Global HR and Legal Counsel in respective country. - Play a strong supporting role to the VP and Head of APAC and Head of Finance APAC to establish a sustainable business from an HR perspective - Responsible for recruitment process, including posting of job advertisements and conducting interviews - Coordinate with recruiting agencies and global HR Team - First point of contact for any HR requests for APAC Staff - Prepare work contracts, offer letters, bonus, and increment letters in collaboration with Global HR - Work with payroll vendors to ensure full compliance to internal pay dates for all entities in APAC - Review existing policies and procedures as well as develop new ones e.g. Travel Policy, Employee Handbook etc. - Correspondence with official bodies in respective countries, if necessary, e.g. MOM - Training and Development of employees according to business needs - Support Line Managers with HR related matters such as annual review meetings **YOUR PROFILE** - Networker and the ability to hold sparing partners accountable and follow up accordingly - Knowledgeable in legal and HR topics in APAC region to open new businesses in other countries - Self-sufficient and bias for action - Process driven thinking - Adaptable to a fast-changing environment due to start up culture - Good English skills (business fluent) - Experience in HR Operations (min 3-5 years) - Experience in Project Management desirable **WHY US?** We offer you: - An attractive fixed salary and potential bonus - A work-life balance with a flexible working schedule - The possibility of working remotely - Group Health Insurance - An intensive training - Personal development through individual training, workshops and webinars - Holiday team events in large and small groups **ABOUT US** We are Healy World.
