**ROLE MISSION**

Deploy the regional HR strategy among the Asia Pacific affiliates

**ENVIRONMENT**

Interaction with the affiliate GMs, Commercial Divisions, HR Center of Expertise, Corporate Depts, legal advisors, people managers, recruiters etc

**TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Proactive in providing advice to business groups, management and regional leadership that enables retention and development of our employees
- Support the implementation of HR policy and provide guidance around it
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department for APAC
- Resolve issues and address employees’ grievances
- Analyse and build compensation packages maintaining internal and external equity
- Manage annual HR processes of Performance, Merit and Bonus
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs and programs for teams and individuals, co-ordinate training for line managers
- Suggest new HR strategies and personalize to regional and local context
- Support change management initiatives and organizational structural changes
- Support implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategy and digitalization initiatives
- Support Health, Safety and Well-being agenda
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, where required, co-ordinate recruitment activities such as interviews etc
- Manage employee databases and documentation
- Co-ordinate onboarding program and activities
- Work closely with HR Center of Expertise in HO to suggest improvements in HR process and technology
- Partner with other HRBPs and cross functional teams in developing and delivering best practices

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Business University degree in HR or related field
- At least 5-6 years of experience and 2 years of similar experience in multinational or complex organization
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge in local employment laws and HR policies
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Access, MS Outlook, Power Point)
