Singapore ADVENTURE APAC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Reporting**
- Oversee accounts, manage AP, AR, and GL, and ensure accurate monthly closings and financial reporting for assigned subsidiaries of Adventure APAC Group.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring alignment with financial goals and group policies.
- Process reconciliations, including BSP and bank reconciliations, on a weekly and monthly basis.

**Tax and Compliance**
- Prepare and submit tax filings (e.g., GST, annual tax) and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (IFRS, FRS, JSOX, etc.).
- Support external and internal audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.

**Financial Processes**
- Establish and maintain accounting processes aligned with Adventure Group guidelines, including group reporting timelines, corporate governance, and internal controls.
- Assist with invoicing, costing, cash flow management, and budgeting processes to support operational needs.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Coordinate with departments and the Japanese parent company to ensure financial alignment, share insights, and address reporting requirements.

**Administrative Support for subsidiary**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management.
- Schedule and organize meetings, manage communications, and handle office correspondence.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and documents for management.
- Handling of monthly payroll processing and all HR related matters
- Ensure efficient office management, including handling office supplies, filing, and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRS, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Those with experience in the travel industry will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a multicultural environment.
