**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Finance and Accounting functions**
- Overseeing (Supervise) double-entry of overseas branch accounts to ensure that all entry is posted correctly accordingly to company policy as well as IFRS and local accounting policies.
- Liaison with the external consultant, branch’s Finance Manager, Director, Group Finance and related stakeholders.
- Review a full set of accounts in detail
- Oversee the financial transaction to ensure that financial activity and operations adhere to group policies and industry best practices
- Performance financial analysis of the overseas entity's financial performance.
- Occasionally have to travel to the branch office to conduct a review or audit.
- To perform Other Ad-hoc tasks/administrative duties as per assigned by the Manager.

**Requirement**
- Diploma and/or Degree qualification in Business studies or accounting.
- 5 years of working experience in Finance / Admin / Office Management. Preferably in an FMCG/ wholesale and distribution environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel) is a must
- Understanding Spanish will be an added advantage.
- Experience in using Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Proactive and Able to work independently without much supervision but embrace teamwork when required.
- Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy.
- Problem Solver, can-do and willing to learn attitude.
