**Strategic Certification Consulting Expert**

Within SBS Team you will be part of the new Go-to-Market (GTM) certification team. Your role will include the following tasks:

- Articulate the value and importance of certifications in a positive and business-sensitive manner to all business groups and sectors
- Build-up a profund and trust-based collaboration with the respective counterparts from the LoBs and maintain a large network with them on executive as well as operational level to support a smooth intake process of certifications
- Content preparation (for senior audience), execution, and regular follow ups to ensure up to date content
- Coordinate and support LoB activities in certification & attestation GTM, providing direction and ensuring accomplishment of implementation.
- Create an environment that encourages customer-focused innovation
- Ensure central transparency on key certification topics (e.g. HIPAA) for SAP Corporate and potentially other business areas
- Understand, translate and review assessment of certification needs and prepare for relevant decision making
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage expectations, roles & responsibilities during execution
- Create an environment that encourages customer-focused innovation

Qualifications /Experience required:

- 8+ years of professional experience - ideally with big 4 or equivalent industry experience
- Master’s or bachelor degree or equivalents
- Excellent communications, presentation and facilitation skills in English language, highly developed interpersonal skills and strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple engagements with overlapping deadlines. A demonstrated ability to write clear, coherent and precise reports
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative skills to analyze data, influence certification response and issue management/remediation plans
- Cross-cultural and international working experience
- Ability to drive and execute topics self-dependent and turn into action and tangible results
