About the Team
TikTok Live is a vibrant and interactive feature that allows creators to engage with their audience in real-time through live streaming. As part of the TikTok team, you'll be responsible for enhancing the Live experience, driving user engagement, and fostering community connections. From developing innovative features to curating exciting live events, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of live streaming on TikTok. Join us in creating memorable and immersive experiences that empower creators and delight audiences worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and align strategies with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the competitive landscape.
- Provide strategic guidance to multiple functional teams for successful execution.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Evaluate strategy effectiveness through data analysis and performance tracking.
- Lead strategic projects aimed at driving growth and fostering innovation.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with over 4 years of experience.
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategies in an international environment.
- Strong data analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
