**Experts’ Community Specialist**
This is a thrilling opportunity that involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including experts, the operations team, and the tech team, in order to enhance and refine our online platform. You will also closely collaborate with client-facing staff on tailor-made client projects and strategic recruitment endeavors aimed at promptly connecting RegAsk clients with the most relevant experts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Quickly and efficiently identify and establish consulting relationships with experts best suited to participate in our clients’ projects.
- Grow the RegAsk Experts Community by recruiting on a strategic/tactical mode, using referrals and other relationships like collaborating with the Marketing team to develop gated content (i.e., recruitment campaigns) for endorsing the engagement / recruitment process of experts.
- Consult with client-facing team members (sales, pre-sales, Project managers) to gauge clients’ needs and identifying and qualifying primary experts.
- Develop a working knowledge of RegAsk core industry coverage to improve project and product service quality.
- Work on other projects associated with building the RegAsk Experts Community
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to identify and implement the elements necessary for automating or seamlessly integrating expert profiles and management within the platform.
- Research and identify technical solutions for the experts’ community improvements.
- Support in drafting and enhancing standard operating procedures to streamline the process.
- Foster positive and productive interactions within the experts’ community while ensuring adherence to the business needs.
- Monitor and analyse community sentiment, feedback, and discussions to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving community engagement strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Strong ability to problem solves and impeccable attention to detail.
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in internet research, inside sales, head hunting, recruitment, market research or customer service.
- Confidence in making outbound cold calls. Minimum bachelor’s degrees from top-tier colleges or universities.
