**JOB FUNCTION**:Communications & Marketing Expert (Manager)**

**DEPARTMENT**:Communications & Brand Experience, WB APAC**

**REPORTING TO**:Head, Communications & Brand Experience, WB APAC**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop contents, collaterals and assets for internal communications
- Improve and drive employer branding initiatives via internal communication platforms and townhalls
- Organize staff townhalls and corporate events
- Raise internal awareness of business activities, community updates and global initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel for local market activations to support global and regional initiatives
- Copyedit, proofread and revise communications where appropriate
- Work and brainstorm with internal business functions to develop new content and identify opportunities that can be used in multi-channel communications
- Manage external agencies, vendors and freelance partners
- Serve as brand guardian and maintain reputation of the organisation.

**Experience / Competencies**
- Degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, events management and corporate branding
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Good at content creation with excellent verbal and written skills
- Creative in executions with an eye for details
- Having a creative eye with some knowledge of design tools or skills would be a plus
- Good interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative team player
- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred but not essential
