We are seeking a skilled Salesforce developer who has hands-on experience on sales/ service cloud with extensive Marketing Cloud experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. His/her expertise in AMP script will be instrumental in creating personalized and targeted communications, automating marketing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform • Basic Knowledge of Abandoned Cart to Lead the configuration, optimization, and execution of abandoned cart recovery campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Develop, maintain, and enhance AMP script-based marketing campaigns, including email templates, landing pages, dynamic content, and triggered automations • Utilize AMP script and HTML to create personalized and dynamic content based on customer data and segmentation • Build and optimize complex data extensions and data models within the Marketing Cloud platform • Implement tracking mechanisms, such as tracking pixels and custom link tracking, to measure and report on campaign performance. • Configure and manage automated journeys, including email sends, audience segmentation, and decision splits. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns across various channels. • Perform quality assurance testing to validate campaign functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate rendering across different devices and email clients. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, AMP script, and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Developer, with a strong focus on AMP script development. • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder. • Extensive knowledge of AMP script, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Solid understanding of data extensions, data models, and relational databases. • Basic Knowledge of Abandoned Cart to Lead the configuration, optimization, and execution of abandoned cart recovery campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating external systems with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Email Specialist or Developer, are highly desirable. • Familiarity with marketing concepts, campaign management, and email marketing best practices
