**Job Description**:
Position Title: Sales Interior Designer Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Interior Designer who combines strong design sensibility with consultative sales expertise. You will drive interiors revenue by engaging new and existing clients, crafting tailored design proposals, and overseeing delivery in partnership with our design & production teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and qualify leads across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors in Singapore.
- Conduct client consultations, showroom presentations, and digital presentations
- Prepare and negotiate detailed quotations
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Design Development
- Translate client briefs into coherent interior design concepts (space planning, material selection, FF&E).
- Coordinate with in-house designers to refine mood boards, finishes, and furniture layouts.
- Present design iterations and manage feedback cycles until client sign-off.
- Project Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and in-house production to confirm lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Track key milestones—site surveys, sampling, mock-ups, installation—and ensure timely execution.
- Proactively resolve site or procurement issues, escalating when necessary.
- Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain sales pipeline and project status in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Issue pro forma invoices, monitor client deposits and final payments, and follow up on receivables.
- Prepare monthly sales performance and project progress reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior design sales or client-facing design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating space planning, material knowledge, and client presentations.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in SGD.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (Mandarin/Malay a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking across concurrent projects.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:(depending on experience).
- Monthly Advance Commission:

- Receive an advance at the start of each month equal to 50% of the prior month’s earned commission (in SGD).
- Month-end reconciliation: any excess is paid out, and any shortfall is adjusted against future commissions.
- Singapore Citizens and PRs preferred
