Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist
- ** RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist will attract and target prospects to Transcelestial and increase awareness of the CENTAURI product, all with the end goal of converting them to a customer.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage all elements related to content writing and marketing in APAC and Eastern Europe to drive awareness and engagement
- Complete call notes and call reports, update the CRM and write weekly reports.
- Support Sales Operations tasks across Sales and Customer Engineering teams, such as ensure the CRM is updated, manage tasks for better customer engagement
- Connect with and build a community around innovation in wireless communications and broadband issues globally

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in startups and technology companies
- Demonstrated experience in writing marketing content for targeted audience

**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:

- Successful track record in generating leads within the technology sector using various channels like online tools, like Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Mailchimp, Buffer, and agencies
- Previous experience pitching product information to customers
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Relevant work experience with event management - online and offline
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments and juggle multiple tasks.
- Multilingual; fluent speaking and writing in English to engage with prospects in APAC and at least another western/eastern European language to engage with prospects in Europe
