Position Overview

We are searching for a Superstar Lead Generation Professional — someone who thrives on challenges, pushes boundaries, and wants to shine at the top of their game. If you are not looking to be a superstar, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
    1. Lead Generation Excellence

  2. Proactively generate high-quality leads across multiple channels (digital, social, outreach, events).

  3. Innovate new ways to capture and convert prospects.

  4. Take ownership of results and aim to exceed targets consistently.

  6. Inspire and train agents with proven lead-gen methods.

  7. Run engaging coaching sessions and real-world demonstrations.

  8. Lead by example, setting the standard for performance and energy.

    1. Activity Creation & Execution

  10. Design and roll out exciting lead-gen activities that energize the team.

  11. Partner with marketing/sales to maximize campaign impact.
  12. Monitor and analyze outcomes to keep raising the bar.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing.
  • Bold, competitive, and challenge-driven mindset.
  • Strong teaching and communication skills — able to motivate others to level up.
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and relentless in pursuit of results.
  • Experience with CRM systems, social media, and digital platforms.
