About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC and Data Center Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role involves managing mission-critical IT infrastructure, providing hands-on support for data centers and office sites, and working closely with global teams.

Qualified candidates will also be given the opportunity to travel regionally and lead a team, making this a strong career growth pathway for ambitious IT professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular health checks and maintenance of Data Center / MDF / IDF rooms.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency situations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and related infrastructure.
  • Assist with power outage protocols, system shutdowns, restarts, and verification.
  • Support telecom vendor coordination for WAN links (MPLS/IPLC/E1/PRI).
  • Troubleshoot and provide L1 break/fix support for routers, switches, firewalls, and APs.
  • Manage IT assets, documentation, cabling, and equipment lifecycle.
  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
  • Handle OS/software/application installation, troubleshooting, and patching.
  • Deliver reliable IT support for executive meetings and conferences.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in network / data center maintenance and client support.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills are a plus.
  • Certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across servers, storage, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 on-call support environments.
  • Strong teamwork skills with leadership potential.
