**Job Title: Sales Executive - Specialty Materials**
**Location**: Singapore
**Department**: Specialty Materials (Refurbishment, Waterproofing, Roofing, Sealants)
**Reports To**: Head of Specialty Materials
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell specialty building materials (e.g., waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and roofing systems) to contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through regular site visits, networking, and project follow-ups.
- Conduct technical product presentations to consultants, architects, and clients.
- Track and manage client portfolios and project pipelines accurately.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and new technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in construction or specialty building materials.
- Experience with companies such as **Ardex, Laticrete, Nippon, Emix, Forsoc, Sto, Quickseal**, or similar is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a hands-on approach to selling.
- Must be willing to work actively on the ground.
- High energy, self-driven, and **not afraid of hard work**.

**Reports To**: Head of Specialty Materials
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across refurbishment, roofing, waterproofing, and sealant projects.
- Engage consultants, architects, and contractors through technical selling and presentations.
- Lead early project involvement to drive specifications and secure product selection.
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients including **hotels, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, and integrated resorts (e.g., MBS, RWS)**.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure proper support and delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, Building Materials, or Business.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience handling major accounts in specialty construction materials.
- Industry background from **Sto, Ardex, Laticrete, Nippon, Emix, Forsoc**, etc., is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of refurbishment and waterproofing systems.
- Confident, solutions-oriented, and comfortable presenting to consultants and architects.
- Strong client network is a major advantage.
- Independent, reliable, and **hungry to perform**.

- Experience in companies such as **Laticrete, Emix, Sto, Quickseal, Ardex**, or similar.
- Demonstrated track record of team development and key project wins.
- Well-connected in the construction and building refurbishment industry.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and **ready to lead by example**.
