- Position Title**:Sales Coordinator**:

- Working Location: Yishun Industrial Park, Nearest MRT - Canberra
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5.45 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,000 + AWS + VB**:

- Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the database.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service support.
- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish terms for purchasing agreements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Keep track of inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or quantity discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the purchasing records and supplier database.
- Liaise between the sales, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and purchasing reports and analysis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
