**Job responsibilities**:

- Provide excellence in customer service and a first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare business agreement contract for customers, tender documents/contracts and administrative support to sales team if need
- Coordinate with overseas customer and factory for business requirements
- Update sales report and pipeline on weekly basis
- Project coordination to between customers and partners
- Liaise with other department and discuss internally to fulfil sales requests if necessary
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform all other job-related duties assigned by Team lead/Team director

**Requirements**:

- Min. N / O Level
- Customer oriented
- Ready to adapt to fast face environment
- Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
