Job Description: Senior Sales Executive (Flooring Company)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a reputable Flooring Company. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, generating new inquiries and projects, and achieving sales targets in line with our business objectives. Your expertise in our range of flooring products and your ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will play a vital role in monitoring and analyzing competitors' products and bids to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Responsibilities**:
Source and Cultivate Client Relationships: Proactively identify and establish new client relationships to expand our customer base.
Foster and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Generate inquiries and projects through effective networking and marketing strategies.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed upon, including gross profit margin, customer acquisition, collection, accounts receivables, and product sales.
Continuously analyze sales performance and implement appropriate strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Act as a sales consultant, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer requirements and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of our flooring solutions.
Competitor Analysis: Maintain a constant awareness of competitors' products and pricing strategies in the flooring industry.
Monitor and analyze competitors' bids and proposals to identify areas of improvement and maintain a competitive advantage.
Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and competitor activities to the sales team and management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the flooring industry or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and competitors' activities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
