Manager (HR Transformation & Process Re-engineering)

**About the role**
You analyse and design the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)’s Human Resource (HR) processes/systems, as well as execute change management plans to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of enhanced business processes/systems.
**What you will be working on**
- Design and enhance HR processes and systems
- Lead change management initiatives
- Oversee Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots development with NSF Tech Team
- Conduct independent HR audits and work with business process owners to resolve discrepancies to ensure a healthy state of governance and compliance of HR processes/systems
- Support multi-year HR Digital Transformation and contribute to Next-Generation E-HR platform
- Drive process automation improvements

- Communicating value of redesign efforts to minimise resistance
- Balancing multiple stakeholders' demands
- Building relationships across different agencies
- Managing complex transformation initiatives
- Integrating HR requirements into digital platforms
**What we are looking for**
- Education in Computer Science and Data Analytics is preferred
- Experience in HR or analytics is advantageous
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Qliksense)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
