Overview What the role is: You analyse and design the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)'s Human Resource (HR) processes/systems, as well as execute change management plans to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of enhanced business processes/systems. Responsibilities Design and enhance HR processes and systems Lead change management initiatives Oversee Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots development with NSF Tech Team Conduct independent HR audits and work with business process owners to resolve discrepancies to ensure a healthy state of governance and compliance of HR processes/systems Support multi-year HR Digital Transformation and contribute to Next-Generation E-HR platform Drive process automation improvements Challenges: communicating value of redesign efforts to minimise resistance; balancing multiple stakeholders' demands; building relationships across different agencies; managing complex transformation initiatives; integrating HR requirements into digital platforms Qualifications Education in Computer Science and Data Analytics is preferred Experience in HR or analytics is advantageous Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Qliksense)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Applicants with no experience may apply.
