The Role:
Core Function: Act as internal consultant for Warehouse Operations Re-Engineering study focusing on space, process, resources and systems to improve cost, quality and service level leading to increase business profitability and organic growth.- Track Record: Successfully delivering multiple complex projects concurrently in operational functions such as logistics, warehouse operations, automations solutions in different warehouse operation industry verticals.- Process Optimization: Plan, Analyze, Solve and Optimize as Re-Engineering improvement methodology study approach as technical engineering driven projects.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends and key parameter drivers, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements and solution options.-
- Business Insights: Understanding on return on investment and business cases, process driven quality, metrics and benchmarking, financial management and P&L impact.- Project Interaction: Strong communication skills in both verbal and written / presentation formats, for both informal and formal purposes, and experience working with audiences from technical implementation staff to executive leaders.- Project Management: Lead and manage Re-Engineering improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation of improvements with realized savings. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and methodologies within the organization.- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of employees in Re-Engineering improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

To Be Successful, you will need:
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, or any related engineering and supply chain courses-
- Familiarization of 2D/3D design software and simulation tools, as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Visual Components, Lamasoft, CAST, etc- Background on business process and operation coding is a plusWhat moves you?
