In the role of RE Service Manager, you will be creating these experiences. FM integrates the delivery at the location through a highly collaborative environment and acts as the primary local focal point to senior leaders of the respective businesses. Clearly, this role will demand close cooperation with the other Shell functions who support people's productivity & wellbeing, whilst also ensuring learnings taken from the external market. You are responsible to support RE Facilities Manager Shell Bukom, dispersed via several suppliers (soft services, food services, landscaping, grass cutting, cleaning, logistic coordination & etc.). These experiences will be performed via hundreds of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contractors. This position will be reporting to RE Facilities Manager Shell Bukom. **What we need from you** **Soft Skill** As an RE Facility Services Manager for Shell Bukom, empathy is important as your main role involves managing good relations and understand the business leader needs.
