The Opportunity

What you’ll do

Be a trusted advisor to leaders providing partnership, consultation, support organisational design, organisational development, talent development, talent management, organizational planning, employee engagement, and change management practices.

Partner with APAC Employee Experience leadership to drive workforce planning initiatives.

Lead offsite and strategic planning sessions to enable business efficiency by facilitating, co-facilitation to lead change within the business.

Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback.

Partner closely with the COEs to deliver HR programs to the business, including Company Check-in Engagement Survey, Leadership Developments Programs, Annual Rewards, and Workforce Planning.

Continuously review and develop HR processes and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes in partnership with Legal and the HRBP community.

Handle employee relations casework including investigations, dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy and separations.

What's needed to succeed

Strong command of principles, frameworks, tools, and solutions to increase interpersonal and leadership effectiveness.

Passionate about key talent development, leadership planning, org design, workforce planning, change leadership, robust team effectiveness and coaching.

Solid knowledge and technical design skills in change management, organisational design, systems thinking, strategic communications, consultative skills, influencing and negotiation skills, team dynamics, coaching and facilitation

Ability to create relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels and geographies, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.

Demonstrable track record in carrying out detailed investigations, able to negotiate and having experience to resolve conflict.

Experience performing as a HRBP, HR Manager or as an Employee Relations specialist within a fast paced and similar environment.

A high level of customer focus, interpersonal skills and a solution orientated approach are key skills required in this role.

Strong proficiency in English

**Desirable**: Ability to speak and communicate in Japanese or Chinese, verbally (and ideally written)
