A **lifestyle retailing client** is looking for a **Head of Operations (Assistant Director)** to join its **Singapore** office.

This position requires exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and customer-focused mindset. Your mission is to ensure that the stores run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while delivering a superior shopping experience to every customer. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales, productivity, and cost optimisation, as well as streamlining retail processes and enhancing store design and layout. You will also be a champion for building a high-performing team that reflects the store's values of innovation, diversity, and inclusivity.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and drive short
- and long-term strategies to optimise top-line and bottom-line, leveraging on retail analytics, market competition insights, and tight collaboration with multiple functions
- Identify and streamline retail processes to enhance store productivity and customer experience, while ensuring SOP compliance
- Develop and execute operations plans that support business functions, and review organizational structure and manpower coverage for optimal productivity.
- Drive and champion a customer-centric working culture and mindset
- Ensure efficient coordination with internal departments to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency

- Between S$120,000 and S$190,000 annual base, plus variable bonus
