Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Arrange with customers on delivery date and time, rescheduling, cancelling and attending to replacement request
- Plan routes for delivery teams with the scheduled invoices
- Assist with answering phone calls, attend to customers' queries, provide information timely and with professionalism
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the procurement team
- Responsible for raising purchase orders, scheduling purchases and deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records
- Execute general administrative duties, filing and scanning
- Liaise with the relevant department and/or external parties on procurement documentation issues
- Customer service liaison with our customers and manage the after sales service
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
**Job Requirements**
- **Only Singaporeans may apply**:
- O'Levels/ITE/Diploma
- **Customer service experience required.**:
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- A meticulous individual with interpersonal skills.
- Good written, verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A positive learning and working attitude.
**Full-Time**
- Able to commit 5 days per week
- Rest days: Weekends
- Working hours: 10am to 7pm (including 1-hour lunch break)

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
