**ob Summary**: We are seeking an highly motivated, and detail-oriented Sales and Office Administrator to support our operations. This role involves managing day-to-day office functions, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily operations and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Facilitate the order process from start to end (Order processing, invoicing, and completion)
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Communicate customer feedback, update databases and customer records
- Communicate with drivers and resolve missed/unfulfilled deliveries.
- Monitor and address issues related to order fulfillment and shipping.
- Experience in ERP systems such as processing invoices, e.g. AR/AP, will be an advantage.
- Creating the drinks list for the Warehouse Team to pick the drinks. (strong typing skills)
- Liaise with the Warehouse Team on stock inventory when necessary.
- Execute general administrative duties, filing, and scanning daily basis.
- Provide administrative support to office and team as required in a timely, proactive, and diligent manner.

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,500.00 per month
