1. Sales Coordinator

Salary: $2,500 - $3,700

Location: Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt: Admiralty)

Working day: Monday – Friday

Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and disseminate quotations for equipment spare parts.
  • Receive and scrutinize all customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Generate internal job orders.
  • Collaborate with production, project managers, logistics companies, and other pertinent departments to expedite order fulfilment. Prepare shipping documents.
  • Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products, services, and order status.
  • Proficient in obtaining a Certificate Of Origin (COO) position from government agencies.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports, including tracking sales performance and forecasting.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP usage is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is a plus.

2. Indoor Sales Admin

  • 5 days & 1 half Sat per month
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.50pm (Mon to Fri); 8.30am – 12.50pm (1 Sat per month)
  • Salary: $2500 -$3000
  • Location: Pioneer Sector Walk (Transport pickup at West area)

Job Description:

  • Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
  • Responsible for following up on enquiries
  • Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
  • Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
  • Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
  • Inventory management
  • Provide operational support to the Sales team

3. Admin Assistant

  • 5 days, 9am-6pm
  • Salary: $2400 -$3000
  • Address: One Commonwealth

Job scope:

  • Process customer order
  • Manage order processing
  • Co-ordinate with sales support team on after-sale service activities, including internal quality checks
  • Place order with suppliers
  • Liaise with freight forwarder to arrange import/ export shipment
  • Stock in/ stock out of goods for deliveries

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Biotechnology, Business Administration or Accounting
  • With 1-2 years of administrative support experience

4. Export Sales Administrator

Industry: Intelligent Sensor Technology, Lighting and Automation Systems

  • Monday – Friday

    9am – 6pm

  • 2 – 4 years of sales admin / export experience (preferably in electronics, lighting, or technical products).
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks systems.
  • Experience working with European partners or markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international sales orders from distributors and agents.
  • Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoOs, shipping instructions).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
  • Manage pricing, quotations, and sample requests for sales teams.
  • Support global trade shows and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with HQ.
  • Maintain data for order tracking and reporting

5. Sales Support Admin Assistant

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist senior in administrative duties
  • Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory
  • To liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP
  • Liaise with freight, media & printing companies
  • Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required
  • Attend to walk-in customers

Requirements:

  • Min, 2 years of administrative/relevant work experience
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • With ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 experience is an advantage

6. Junior Sales Support (Freight Forwarding)

$2,800 – $3,000 per month (based on relevant work experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days work

Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Key Responsibilities:

This role responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities. This role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and liaising with internal departments and external partners to support the end-to-end logistics process.

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and rate sheets for customers.
  • Support daily coordination of shipments with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
  • Update and track shipment status, ensuring customers are kept informed of delivery progress.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, performance data, and monthly summaries.
  • Maintain organized records of customer accounts, pricing updates, and communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
