Assist in administrative of Customer Service side included shipping of goods to the customer,
- Manage document workflow, organizing, filing and retrieving of documents and maintain database and file records.
- Provide finance support functions such as coordinating billing, payment and input invoice into system.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support included answering phone calls, attending to visitors to meeting rooms, mailing of company’s letters, booking of hotels & etc from time to time;
- Purchasing function. Issue PO and Involve in projects and other operations support matters as assigned from time to time.
- Assist and carry out recruitment exercise.
- Assist of employment letters, staff letters and other letters.
- Ad hoc duty delegate by the management
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or Diploma with a least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in administrative duties
- Positive attitude with a flair for detailed work
- Able to work independently as well as a team and communicate with all levels
- Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Customer service oriented
- Local preferred
- Able to start immediately
**Working hours**
Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 5:30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
