Job Title

Strategic Alliances Executive

Job Overview:
Identify and procure Merchant offers which differentiates our Core Products. Support the offer sourcing strategy for P&I and the region as a whole. Manages existing and new merchant relationships on an ongoing basis which support existing product lines. Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts. Provides offer design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development. Defines commercial and technical requirements, and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms.

Major Accountabilities:

- Identifies and procure suitable merchant partners which differentiates our core proposition
- Build B2B/C communication templates to promote the offers
- Work with issuers and merchants to execute the offers
- Manage projects and deliver within stipulates timelines. Manage and nurture partner relationships
- Gather information to assess MasterCard's competitive positioning versus market

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience

Knowledge / Experience:

- 1-3 years related work experience, preferably in merchant sourcing, alliances or marketing
- Experience in product management, product development, and project management desirable

Skills/ Abilities:

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Strong analytical skills desirable
- Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard
- Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team
