**Roles & Responsibilities**

Your role will include:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly management account for investment holding company
- Support the internal management reporting, annual statutory audit
- Support bank accounts opening and have a preparer role for payment and banking transactions
- To handle any other jobs, tasks, assignments or ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in accountancy
- Independent with excellent communication skills
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines both within a team structure or independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.).
