**Executive, Finance (Part-time)**:
Reporting to HOD, Finance & Admin/Accountant

**Role of the Finance Team**
The Finance Team plays a vital role in supporting the organization by collaborating effectively to ensure timely processing of receipts and payments, as well as preparing financial statements for both internal and external audits. Their responsibilities include managing all accounting functions, such as month-end and year-end account closures, budgeting, periodic financial reporting, and ensuring prompt submissions to management.

Furthermore, the team assists the Head of Department (HOD), Finance and Admin, in ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial guidelines, enhancing financial control SOPs, and performing general finance-related administrative tasks to maintain accountability and efficiency.
- Invoice Processing & Receipts Management
- Support daily processing of invoices and handling incoming receipts and donations from various channels, including online portals.
- Payment Preparation
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers.
- Accounting Entries
- Assist in performing accounting postings in XERO, including the preparation of journal vouchers.
- Audit Support - Assist with year-end audits and other ad-hoc audits conducted by authorities.
- Asset & Compliance Administration
- Assist in managing fixed assets, in-kind donations, stock records, banking matters, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Project Participation & Other Duties
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Finance, students pursing relevant diploma course can be considered
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools are added advantage.

Working Hours - 3 days per week, from 9am to 5pm
