**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for leading the organization, working with the board of directors and managing director to ensure the organization is equipped to meet deadlines and achieve business goals
- Responsible for shaping the organization’s culture - knowledgeable, skilled and deeply invested in the organization’s vision; inspires trust, builds alignment through clear communication, leveraging all channels to communicate the organization’s vision and value proposition
- Makes informed decisions in a timely manner with active participation in strategic planning required to grow the organization, where necessary, formulate policies aligned with business directives, driving and leading continuous improvement effort for the achievement of overall business goals and objectives
- Offer and provide the necessary support to meet financial goals **, **responsibly assess and manage budgets through regular key reports assessments and reviews through a structured process for analyzing current activities against budget
- Actively committed to regulations applicable to the organization, understands the expenditure that should be included in the overall budget from an ED’s perspective, striving to meet deadlines and remain in compliance with these regulations
- Serves as a mentor for the management team, being experienced within their own areas of expertise and providing professional advice to the management team, developing the future leadership capability of the organization
**Knowledge, Experience or Behavior Required to Perform Job Well**
- Proven track records within the E-waste recycling industry, at least 10 - 12 years relevant experience and/ or recognized basic degree, with at least 15 years of relevant experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations in managing manufacturing facilities
- Work experience and knowledge of P&L and the metrics within the P&L - demonstrated skills in business and financial management with sound understanding of financial tools available
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical skills, problem resolution and mediation
- Able to work across levels and functions, building relationships with key decision makers at the customers location
