**Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Singapore**

JRS is seeking to hire an Executive Director, a leader who is visionary, mission-focused, results-oriented, a team builder, collaborator with a strong sense of stewardship.

**EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Organization and Strategic Management**
- Work closely with the JRS Board, the Executive Director will craft organisational goals and develop strategies to fulfil the mission and vision

**Operational Management**
- Lead and manage JRS team on the day
- to
- day operations, work together with volunteers towards impactful programme outcome
- Accountable for operational and fiscal integrity of JRS
- Ensure proper governance systems and practices

**Resource Development**
- Raise Funds, explore and develop initiatives that are self
- sustaining
- Establish and build relationships with strategic partners in business, government and non
- profit sectors

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Senior management and leadership experience, preferred in the social space sector; with proven track record in working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Previous fundraising experience and strong donor relations skills would be useful
- Experience working with Boards, armed with knowledge of governance/compliance regulations
- Experience working with NGOs or non-profits in serving refugees and displaced persons would be an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
