**THE ROLE**
- Participate in the organization's day-to-day operations, focused on gift fulfillment, administration, data reconciliation and involvement in other ad-hoc operational activities.
- Manage & maintain workflows and systems for process automation to ensure timely gift fulfillment
- Stay up to date with all current and past campaigns and their respective fulfillment criteria
- Ensure data from various sources are consolidated and updated
- Support Customer Service team for queries, investigations, escalations and redemption request verification and allocation
- Preparation of financial reports related to expenditures.
- Review and track all inventory
- Actively source for the right supplier / product supply
- Develop and build partnerships with the vendors
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their delivery times and potential future developments
- Any other duties as assigned

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably 1 year of experience in customer service and/or operations. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Good knowledge of databases
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment
