In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our APAC business, we are looking for a; **Senior Rewards Consultant**

**We will count on you to**:

- Be responsible for identifying leads from the consultants in the Career business in Mercer Singapore, and sharing the best proposal to the client across different sectors/industries
- Develop a point of view for the big project proposals from a total rewards perspective
- Meet the sales targets for the Rewards Consulting business
- Completion of rewards projects, including the establishment of project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Managing and allocating duties of the project teams to ensure that all deliverables are proceeding according to schedule and review progress reports with team and clients regularly.
- Develops, enhances, and monitors project management methodologies, ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and provides evidence that all projects are implemented and successfully delivered to meet standards and requirements.
- Builds relationships with project analysts as well as to resolve issues associated with project implementation, manages and mitigates risk, and ensures that a change control process is in place.
- Manages client projects: prepares project charts and templates using project management tools, estimates hours for the project team, and prepares timelines for project milestones.
- Immediately addresses out-of-scope issues or budget overruns and manages the client’s expectations.
- Delegates project tasks in line with individual capability, development needs and available analyst and associate resources.
- Writes engagement letters including project steps for senior consultants’ review.
- Serves as a primary client contact and builds relationships with clients.
- Conducts client interviews, facilitates focus groups, and delivers training.
- Is responsible for the technical part of client presentations to HR and management, for ongoing client relationships.
- Ownership of a speaking role at client meetings to review the technical aspects of the reports.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings with clients and issuing client data requests.
- Writes and reviews client PowerPoint presentations/reports including Excel exhibits and initial conclusions on the data drawn by Associates.
- Works closely with senior consultants on the project to determine the exhibits to be included in the final client presentations which typically involves a high level of customization.
- Sales: writes project proposals and answers to Requests for Proposals. Suggests project extensions based on existing work. Attends sales calls.
- Thought leadership: develops new tools and templates that can be leveraged in multiple markets such as new excel-based tools and templates for determining internal and external market competitiveness.
- Ensures intellectual capital generated within own projects is captured and available for others to draw on.
- Proactively contributes to personal learning's, insights and knowledge through the knowledge management forums.
**What you need to have**:

- Sales experience and managing targets
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Stakeholder management
- Presentation skills for presenting proposals, point of views, project outcomes, etc, to external clients
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and business partnering skill
