**REWARDS CONSULTANT**

**What can you expect?**
- Leading a portfolio of clients in one or few industries for Mercer’s reward products & solutions
- Leading rewards consulting projects as a project manager
- Work independently and guide the analyst level delivering the rewards consulting projects as well as front-ending the client queries within your industry portfolio
- Give advisory to Mercer clients across all rewards domains/topics

**We will count on you to**:

- Be responsible for end-to-end account management and driving the career product business for the specific industry allocated to you with the help of a dedicated analyst to support the clients on renewals/client servicing
- Be a strong individual contributor by developing a point of view for the industry you shall be leading
- Be responsible for meeting the revenue targets for your industry portfolio by renewing and upselling/expanding client relationships for reward products & solutions
- Be responsible for the coordination and completion of rewards projects, including the establishment of project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Allocates the duties of the project teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule.
- Reviews regular progress reports from the team and liaison with the client on a regular basis
- Facilitates and leads decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion, and makes steady and agreed upon progress on assigned programs/projects.
- Develops, enhances, and monitors survey management methodologies, ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and surveys are published in time to meet standards and requirements.
- Develop expertise and point of view within the allocated industry and generic reward trends for Singapore
- Builds relationships with project analysts as well as the to resolve issues associated with survey/project implementation, manages and mitigates risk, and ensures that a change control process is in place.
- Identifies, implements, and ensures that consistent standards of delivery excellence are disseminated, leveraged, and continuously improved across the organization.
- Identifies training and development of analysts in relation to projects and procedures.
**What you need to have**:

- Compensation or Benefit survey experience in managing clients OR managing compensation review in an in-house corporate role
- Sales experience and managing targets
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Stakeholder management
- Presentation skills for presenting proposals, point of views, project outcomes, etc, to external clients
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and business partnering skill
**What makes you stand out**:

- Experienced in compensation, benefits, pay structure design for minimum 5 years in a consulting or in-house role
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Good at conducting and reviewing analysis using various tools & techniques commonly applied in the rewards domains
