We are now seeking bright and ambitious individuals to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team as a **Rewards/Compensation Consulting Analyst (Analytics)**

**We will count on you to**:

- Deliver rewards consulting projects across domains in job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking including executive compensation benchmarking, custom wage studies, etc.
- Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables, focusing on effectively communicating key insights and enabling impacts across Compensation and Benefits/Rewards practice.
- Handle client management (renew, prospect and expand clients) within one or more industry sectors in Singapore for the Rewards products business.
- Conduct research-based activities using a variety of methods to shape points of view on client issues for projects and business development efforts.
- Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data based on guidance of a project manager.
- Conduct primary or secondary research, data analysis to build on the industry landscape and rewards expertise in order to support the pre/post surveys meetings along with the Industry leader/manager.
- Support project managers with coordination activities to ensure that projects run to time and budget.
- Identify learning opportunities to continuously upskill across core consulting and talent solution areas.
- Publish annual compensation surveys for your industry by reviewing the industry level data that shall be shared by survey operations team, along with industry lead/consultant.
- Scan the competitiveness of the products and services and ensure informed decision making for your industry growth.

**What you need to have**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and pay structure design in a consulting or in-house role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good working knowledge in advanced Excel, R/Python, R Shiny to perform data cleaning, analysis and visualization.
- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI and/or other relevant visualization tools.
- Experience in gathering requirements and structuring specifications to produce business-relevant datasets and ensure quality of the datasets.
- Curiosity to help shape the future of Rewards for our clients

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to solve real client problems and create impact within the realm of Rewards and Compensation Consulting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to take ownership of your own continuous learning and career development.
- Knowledge of Compensation and Rewards products is a plus.
