**Regional Rewards Consulting Analyst: APAC**

- You will join a team of Regional Industry experts who have a wealth of experience in Employee & Executive Rewards, Talent Strategy & Analytics
- You will work with Mercer's premium client base in this region supporting the Industries Leader for the life sciences industry for active client management while engaging with clients across industries for project related work.
- You will be able to tap into the expertise across Mercer’s global network and work with a broad range of colleagues and industry experts.

We will count on you to:

- Be a strong team player and provide analytical support to Senior Consultants on the ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics etc.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.
- For key projects, Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with project team on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives

What you need to have:

- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
